Renting versus Buying. Buying a home establishes payments at a given level. Landlords can be a difficult to get along with, but banks tend not to kick people out as long as payments are being made.

Usually, a consideration behind a given house to buy might be based on neighborhood schools, or the “quality” of the neighbors. Also might be location, location, location. Traffic density, or a variety of other factors could also come into play.

Renting is usually a short term thing.
