Attrition is high among new hires at some government agencies

I’m not sure exactly why the high levels of turnover exist for some new hires in new agencies versus others. Perhaps some agencies hired a large number of temporary employees who were not converted to career status, or who fulfilled the contractual obligations and were let go, but I’m not really sure why that would be. Perhaps homeland security is such a stressful place, or maybe there is just too much going on internally with the relatively new agency.

  1. Howdy just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your post seem to be running off the screen
in Chrome. I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I figured I’d post
to let you know. The layout look great though!
Hope you get the issue resolved soon. Many thanks
