Analysis examines what it’s like to be a ‘rich’ family in America.

I guess if $250,000 represents 2.9% of the population of the US, then maybe those are the rich among us. It’s not me, but our cost of living is relatively low. We manage to do alright. I don’t think I manage to maximize my 401k contributions, but I guess that I contribute enough of my salary to the tax deferred account.

I’ve thought about moving to a bigger city, but end up deciding that the cost of living is probably better here for now than at other locations.

I like the weather in Tampa.
