I know the Vitamix blender is a little bit more expensive than most blenders. I think what I ask of it might not even be that difficult. Who knows, maybe it is. Lately, I’ve been using the blender to take apart sausages. I’ve also blended some steamed veggies. I re-affirmed the belief that Terrazzo is a very unforgiving flooring surface to drop something onto. In this case, it was a plate. It was a non correlle plate, maybe it was a correlle plate, checks the back of others, yes it was a correlle plate. Oh well. Terrazzo is highly unforgiving. It was an open stock item when we got it many moons ago. The vitamix blender is enabling me to expand some of my eating choices. I like the steamers from Green Giant.
